Refund Policy

Dk Collections inspects all merchandise for defects, damage and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the costumer's responsibility to contact us about any issues. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, all items may be returned or exchanged. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:

The items must be unworn

The original tags needs to be attached.

Contact our customer service via email at shopdkcollections@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receipt of package, so we can email you a return/exchange number. (without this number we cannot accept returns/exchanges)

**Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
